Having a lifelong love of animals, I finally pursued my dream career of being a Veterinary Technician. I am proud to say that I have now graduated from Pima Medical Institute and passed my Veterinary Technician National Exam! Throughout my life I have had quite the variety of pets; dogs, cats, rabbits, lizards, snakes, toads, frogs, tortoises, fish, chickens, tarantulas, and even a Madagascar Hissing Cockroach! Currently, I have two cats and two dogs. Between all of them, I have handled urinary tract infections and blockages, pancreatitis, cancer, daily bandage changes, IVDD (intervertebral disc disease), severe allergies, severe heart murmur (stage 5), along with your normal things, like ear infections! I have had a deep personal experiences with managing their conditions and understand the devotion of time, love, and attention it takes to care for them.
