Meet & Greet

The Meet & Greet is your first step toward building a trusted relationship with your VetterCare provider. This introductory meeting allows you and your pet to connect with a veterinary professional before committing to a service.

You may choose between two options:

1. Virtual Meet & Greet – A convenient video call via Zoom, FaceTime, or Google Meet to discuss your pet's needs, care routines, and services at no cost.
2. In-Person Meet & Greet – A veterinary professional visits your home to meet your pet, review routines, confirm medical history when applicable, and align expectations for upcoming care. This fee is credited toward your first booking.

This in-person visit is especially valuable because it allows providers to observe your pet in their home environment, discuss feeding or medication schedules, and establish a plan tailored to your pet's needs. The fee functions as a deposit, fully applied to your first booking.
