Hello there!
I'm Katie, I have been a Veterinary Technician for 23+ years, I have 3 cats and 1 dog. My experience is working with small animals, some exotics and emergency clinic experience. I love animals so much that I've made it my career. I pride myself on providing the best care possible for each and every pet/family member. You came to this platform because you are looking for a caring, knowledgeable, observant and capable individual to care for your family members. Every pet is different and has different needs and sometimes it's just being calm and patient to make the visit "not so bad". I am able to adjust my approach to each pet and their individual needs.
I am proficient in giving medications (Oral, Ocular/eye, Ear medications). Injections
(Adequan/insulin/allergy - RAST injections, Subcutaneous Fluids).
If farm animals are needing care, as long as I'm shown what to do and what to look for I can make sure they are well cared for.
